the article in the link said that jerry yan has been signed to JE and will be working with smap's manager. my reaction to this is "NO". I'm sure jerry yan is a nice guy and does lots of humanitarian work and is really popular in asia but i just never liked him. it might be the f4 influence or whatever but i don't like him. and if this news is true you know reporters are gonna soon be reporting things like "next kimura!" 'jerry more popular than his senpai kimura!" etc etc. well maybe i'm judging too quickly. maybe, it's not even true.

Iyadaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With all due respect to jerry, i dont think he is suitable at all! And i certainly dont want to hear that he will be the next kimura....!!

I hope that's not true, because for one, that would be so unfair for others in JE, others who have waited years to debut...

Guys calm down, there will be no "next Kimura" coz Kimura is one and only,and no one can be compare to Kimura coz Kimura is unique. Takuya Kimura and Jerry Yan are incomparable so don't be bother with what media would say especially Taiwan new. And keep this in mind no one can beat what Takuya Kimura has achieved, they have a very loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong way to go :beaten:

and Btw, give Jerry Yan a chance to prove himself maybe he just want to be near Takuya Kimura coz he inspire him. As you have said Ellena he is a good man. JE entertainment knows what they are doing they would not hurt the juniors :mrgreen: Don't get me wrong I'm not a Jerry Yan fan I just want us to be fair to any person. I'm not worried about Takuya at all. It's the juniors I'm worried about, and judging from the way they used to treat K8 and how they're treating the 3TOPS and Musical Academy now (which I think are waaay more talented than Jerry Yan), I don't think that the agency knows what they're doing, at all! Yeah, me and my bitter grudge against JE :grumble:

I think all the taiwan artiste like to copy japanese artiste~~but for Jerry to be next Takuya-daydreaming only :hehe: :hehe:

Hi Simone and all Smappies, I finally got internet connection. Been so busy settling in, back to night school and work and of course fighting off jet lag.

Takuya is the King and so uniquely talented it will be hard for anyone to come close to his stature. But I also love F4.

BTW my mom called and told me all about her encounter with you and Katori Neri. Hahahaha she had lots of fun thank you so much for sharing with her and my cousin.

Also got the dvds that Katori Neri gave and she sent it over through my ninong uncle including Love and Honor. Her supplier was able to get her a copy. I spent the weekend on a marathon watching the movie, the jdorama One Million Stars Falling from the Sky and the concerts of SMAP plus SmapXSmap in Cannes which carol_hunnee uploaded on Youtube. It was SMAP and Takuya overload. So now my laundry and my house chores have piled up.
Time for me to sleep now.

Haha, man that article reads like a desperate publicity stunt written by a publicist. Does Johnny's even sign non-teenage talent? Seriously, have they ever done that before? It would be very un-Johhny's to sign a 20-something man and bypass the whole junior thing. And yeah I know Okada Junichi was never a junior but he was still a teenage boy when he debuted. Honestly sounds like total bullshit because it would not only be insulting to current juniors but also to sempais (SMAP included) who worked for years in the Jimusho. Japanese agencies don't work like that. Plus, a strong hint that this is just a rumor is that it comes from a non-Japanese source. File it under the "Takuya is four inches tall/getting a divorce" category.
