Thank you Yanie! Don't worry about the ghost rumors in your dorm. There isn't a square inch of space in Japan that doesn't have rumors about being haunted. That's one of the things I dislike the most about Japan...they're obsessed with ghosts :bleh:

and i wouldn't say that goro's the least popular JOHNNY. maybe in smap but he's still leagues above so many of the young johnnys. and i think he's regaining popularity in the recent years with his more silly/comedic side. but if some young fangirl that doesn't know squat about goro disses him this week i'll be right there to straighten her out. i'm fine if they didn't like his CHARACTER but if they say one word about goro himself that's unwarranted then i'll have to speak up.

That could be in a few weeks although Takuya denied they were recording a CD :sweat: Does that mean they haven't started yet or this is another bad rumor..... :shakehead: I sure wish they'd say something soon so I don't go over there too early and miss everything!

I don't think it's true... Goro-chan is a likeable Johnny's too. My Smappy friend lent SxS to some KT/Arashi/junior's fans.... and they said, "Goro is cute" or "I didn't know that Goro can be funny too".

Ne,, I also get confuse of the rumours,, I read that Nakai din agree to go to Avex, but Kimura-kun did.. So they might stay in Victor.. The one that makes me worry is,, if they go to another company,, will they sing their older songz in the con then??? But for me,, itz better for them to stay in Victor,, coz they have worked together for over 15 years,, the time when SMAP haven popular, Victor din give up them and continue to support them,,

But whatever it is,, most important is please release a new song ASAP!!!

Nakai doesn't agree to go to AVEX... seem like, he really has this bond with Johnny's Jimusho, he still want SMAP to be a part of Johnny's...so maybe for him, its better if they go to Universal? As Julie Fujishima(Kitagawa) wants it.

From the articles I read, seem like its impossible for them to stay in Victor. Whether AVEX or UNIVERSAL or other company, they have to move... Or did I get the impression wrong?

And I dun like Avex that much,, ya,, maybe for us who are outside Japan, itz good for us, coz the release MAYBE can be faster.. (Not for me,, coz I still prefer to buy original Japan release),, but some thinks that they can have subtitles and cheaper if they buy HK or Taiwan versions (for the concert DVD)..

today read through the chinese news...(especially HK!!)..they never gave good comment of kimura..said something his face look mad all the time..wear sunglasses everytime in hk..
they just like gave negative side toward kimura...

Minna, I saw episode 7 of Hana Kimi and the next episode's preview as well with Goro-chan as the teacher. Wow that one I will not miss, don't care if he plays the evil one as in the manga as long as its Goro, he looked really handsome in the preview.

and that JJ magazine cover with Takuya, mmm got the check if its available in Canada as well. Been so busy haven't had time to even go window shopping. Lol.

And all those magazines can say what they want to say about Takuya but the man is an ICON in the Japanese entertainment world and in all the fangirls hearts as well so nasty news don't matter.

With a major domestic film about to be released in a few weeks, SMAP's Kimura Takuya (34) had some other big news this week. In what will be his first appearance in an English-language movie, he has been named to an all-star international cast for the latest project by renowned Vietnamese-French director Anh Hung Tran (44). "I Come With the Rain", Tran's first movie in eight years, stars Josh Hartnett (29) as former L.A. cop turned private eye, Kline. Hired to find Shitao (Kimura), the son of a Chinese billionaire, he travels to Hong Kong where he teams up with an old friend and local cop (Shawn Yue). His search leads him to the gangster Su Dongpo (Korean star Lee Byung Hun) and his druggie mistress (Tran's wife, actress Tran Nu Yen Khe). But he is haunted by memories of the serial killer Hasford (Elias Koteas) whose crimes almost drove him insane and made him quit the LAPD. The movie is scheduled to open in the autumn of 2008, with a possible screening at next year's Cannes Film Festival. Director Tran is best known for 1993's Academy Award nominee "The Scent of Green Papaya". Meanwhile Kimura's "Hero", the movie version of Fuji TV's most successful ever drama, hits the big screens on September 8. He is joined by co-star Matsu Takako (30) and a host of major names.

Yokatta! I've been seeing too many magazine polls where Goro-chan is always ranked fifth in SMAP with a bunch of younger Johnnies in between the other SMAP members and Goro. Also, I've been reading too many negative comments about how old/boring/unlikeable Goro-chan is on random Johnny fansites. Mostly by younger (post Arashi) Johnnies fans...it really pissed me off. So I'm just worried about the HanaKimi backlash but it looks like a number of smappies here are ready to defend him :dancing:

Goro is so adorable, nevermind the backlash over his role in Hana Kimi. l love the man as I love every SMAP member. We smappies will always stand behind our men.

Isn't AVEX also handling Ayu Hamasaki and Koyuki? HOpe the move to the new record group is well thought out or maybe necessary if Victor is experiencing corporate problems.
