Last night, I watched the 1st episode of Galileo.
The drama is a kind of mystery drama. Fukuyama's role is a physical scientist. He helps a detective(Shibazaki Kou) searching murder case.

That means Shingo acts murderer? I'm looking forward it. :dancing:

BTW, one of the detective's names in the drama is Kusanagi. And Kou called him "Kusanagi-san" many times. Because Kusanagi is a very uncommon name, it sounds like Tsuyoshi is in the drama.

Galileo", the new Fuji TV Monday night drama series, is off to a good start. With a couple of top names - Fukuyama Masaharu (38), in his first starring role in four years, and Shibasaki Kou (26) - the audience ranking for the opening episode was a very respectable 24.7% in the Kanto region, according to Video Research. The series is based on a popular novel by Higashino Keigo, and Fukuyama plays the physics genius Yukawa Manabu, while Shibasaki plays rookie detective Utsumi Kaoru. Each week features a guest villain, with Karasawa Toshiaki (44) taking on the role in the first episode. SMAP member Katori Shingo (30) will make a guest appearance in the fourth episode. In a radical change from his recent TV and movie role as the Monkey god Songoku in "Saiyuki", he will play a cunning serial killer.

Jackie's kinda mayor of Hong Kong. I always see him welcoming foreign celebs whenever they visit HKG.
Takuya seemed so at home, kinda just came out of the hotel to see Jackie, noticed the crumpled clothes and the footwear :D

On another note, had a Takuya Overload last weekend. Turned out last Sunday, 14 Oct. was the start of not one but 2 Takuya dramas - at 12:00 noon it was Love Generation and at 3:00 pm it was Long Vacation. So now, every Saturday and Sunday I can catch both, because they are shown only during the weekends :yippee: :good:

I've watched the first episode of Galileo. I love Karasawa Toshiaki so much, but his role was kinda disappointing in Galileo.... just not prominent enough... its a role can be easily done by any other actor =( I hope Shingo's role won't be like that.
Galileo itself is the best drama so far for this season. And it reminds me of TRICK. Magical murder case, that turn out can be solved logically. However from the 1st episode, TRICK is still alot better than Galileo. Fukuyama and Shibasaki lacks chemistry, though I love their individual actings. Hope it gets better... esp. on Episode 4! :woot:

ahahah, maybe they'll make a sequel to private practice II. but wouldn't that be awfully expensive though? TWO smap members full time in a drama? and with the possibility of takeuchi yuko also? what an expensive rumor ne. but it'd be incredible if it were true. my two favorite together in a drama = me going :inlove:
