Well, talk about concerts, i prefer the ones with various jhonny's...
coz if smap appers not so often... the you just keep wanting more right ^^

I mean Pop Up Tour is this year's concert theme.. They had a theme each year, like last year is Sample Bang! To me, i prefer watchin their live con rather than all da Johnny's.. Coz smap never appear those, like in Nhk Shonen Club, i only heard they sang smap's song n sometimes mention bout smap only..

Pop Up is Smap's concert theme this year, or maybe you can say that it's their concert name.

Smap's concert has a theme every year:
1996 - Smap 010 ten
1997 - SU
1998 - Smap Live Amigos
1999 - Smap Live Birdman
2000 - Live Smap
2001 - Live PAMS
2002 - Drink! Smap
2003 - MIJ (Made in Japan)
2004 - no concert as they're busy
2005 - SMAP to icchyatta! SMAP SAMPLE TOUR (Kaizoku/Pirates theme)
2006 - Pop Up! Smap

Of course it has been a dream for everyone of us Smap's fans to go to Smap's concert!! Since 2002 Drink concert, Smap had set a new record in Japan of having more than 1,100,000 people attending their concert in 24 concerts. Fans who attends Smap's concerts range from age 4 to 84 (haha...), female and male. And the fans are really high tension and supportive during concerts, they would dance and sing along with Smap sometimes. I'm in the middle of collecting Smap's concert DVD....

I've watched many Johnny's concerts before(Kattun, K8, Juniors, Summary, Countdown etc) but I have to say that Smap's concert is the best! Smaps concerts made the other juniors looked lazier(just kidding), but of course every group is unique in their own ways. Usually Smap concerts is 3 to 4 hours long, while mostly JE concerts are 2 hours.

I think since Mori left, Smap doesn't appear in Johnny's related activities anymore. Their last appearance in J-Sport is probably 1996, they don't appear in Countdown concert too because they attend Kouhaku. But everytime the juniors went to Utaban or Smap appeared in kinki Kids shows, it'll turned out to be Johnny's talks. Even Taka-san complained that Nakai talked too much whenever JE group went to Utaban.

i also sick about the press...the moment nakai dating..sure say he gonna marry.Like before he date minako, those press also mention that he gonna marry with the gf(non-entertainment industry), when will marry..

plus, if minako father really want him give up his career, i can say IMPOSSIBLE..i was like, dude how old he join entertainment??!!will he do tat?..if he want to give out..i prefer he give out the girl. :bonk:

I watched sxs summer special yesterday, there was a short clip on SMAP have to make 5 different toys using milk boxes and other materials given for the primary school children while it is their summer holiday. It was very funny. The children have to vote on which toys they like the most base on the 1st impression on seeing the 5 toys. Takuya's toys got the 1st. Then after the voting for 1st impression, the 5 of them must show the children how their toys is played.

Nakai made a baseball field (he asked all the children to crowd around his baseball field and in the end the baseball field was being broken up into pieces by the children, and he was abit shocked and shouted the children to go back to all their seats...heehee, I laughed out really loud this part)

Takuya made a jumping snake (the snake pop out from 2 paper plates really far, the children "wow!!"),

Goro made a F1 moving sport car (but the car can't make it far, the rest of the SMAP member laughed out when he demonstrated how "fast" his car can move)

Tsuyoshi made a panda rebot holding a bamboo on it's hand

Shingo made a pop up!! glasses and drew a few insect using red/ blue marker.

After showing the toys, the children have to vote for the worst toys. Nakai got the worst toys made...Takuya won and the rest of the 4 was being pushed into a pool by a creature as a punishment...it's funny...

Really, SMAP is Nakai's life, he cant give up that.. He's been a member for bout 20 yrs, those reporters really without brain, how can he married a girl n give up his carrier now? If someone wants him to do that, then he'll choose Smap rather than Minako..

Hmm...reporters trying to be funny again har...if the girl's dad wanted Nakai to give up his carrer why not ask the girl to give up hers too. She also in the entertainment line right?

Remember the pic that Nakai kiss Minako's cheek?? I read from japan BBS saying "MONDAI NO SHASHIN" , means that the photo taken got many rumor.. Itz a bit blur also...

what's a pop up concert?

Just like everyone said, Pop Up is the theme for their concert this year. The concert itself were held from Aug to Oct.

A pop up concert like real SMAP or people sing SMAP songs? No i haven't been to any concerts at all... And again, broke student studying at a busy school...

Not real/live concert of course (mada muri dayo :banghead: ). The concert DVD will be released on 6 Dec. We're planning to watch it after getting the DVD. Sure there will be singing SMAP's songs together since it's their concert. Maybe a bit dancing :mrgreen:. But I can assure you there will be screaming from the crazy fans :rofl:

My fave part is when Takuya helped Goro with his car and then Goro bowed deeply to show his grateful. Kyaaa...sooooo kawaiii....

And did you pay attention to Nakai's comment? Takuya, Goro, Tsu and Shingo said "dekimashita" in turns when they finished, but when it came to Nakai, he said "akiramemashita (I give up)" LOL LOL!!! He was soooo damn kawaii when saying it, and it won't be Nakai if he didn't make that face. I love Nakai :muack: Too bad his baseball field was chosen as the worst one :rofl:
