I knew that he hosted Kouhaku in 1997 and 1998, but I never seen him hosting it, because I'm only 9 or 10 at that time and NHK not available yet in my country. With Nakama Yukie? Even better... I read that Matsu Takako hosted Kouhaku in 1996!

Nakai.... he hosted Kouhaku at the age 24, it's such a great honour for him. None of other Johnny's even can achieve this at 24.

He is such a handsome host! Don't you guys agree?!!!

I hope it will be in the top chart until next year, I think it's obvious that they'll be singing "Arigatou" in Kouhaku this year, they can't sing "Dear Woman" because they're in white team, rival of the red team(female). but, who knows?!! Even Sekai ni Hitotsu Dake no Hana took 6 months to sell 2.5 millions copies. Hope Arigatou single stay longer in Oricon!

i always heard Nakai is a good host..
but dinnoe he has all along been hosting Kouhaku...
i wonder how SMAP's performance will be like..
