Elaine would know about it more than I would but the short version is that he quit to pursue his dream of becoming a motorcycle racer. Racing was his lifelong dream and he wanted to do it before he got to old. I think there were other rumors about why he quit though. Some say he was forced to quit because he was racing behind Johnny's back. Also, maybe he quit because he wanted to get married (?) I'm not positive about that one but he is married with kids now.

Only we 3 fellows here tonight??? Anyway, 8 pages to go.. :sweat:

This is a Johnny's book that was printed in 1994. It's really neat because it has all the Johnny's in it at the time and some retired ones, too. Hikaru Genji, Otoko Gumi, Shounentai, etc. Even has a graph of the history of Johnny's showing the Four Leaves and Go Hiromi :hehe:

It's really big too. I don't mean page wise...I mean the size is a little less than two normal photobooks.

Actually Mori is quite confused that time.. Whether to choose Smap or his dreams.. But at last he choose his dreams to become a racer.. But too bad he didnt did well for his dreams.. So thatz y he had asked Johnny's to let him back to Smap, of coz Johnnys wont allow.. Dunno what he did now ho??

Anyway, he's now married and with two lovely kids.. :beaten:

This is their first photobook collection from 1992. They look really young in it. It comes with a two-sided poster that looks kind of like the back cover. Mine doesn't have the orange belt and the poster and book are almost falling apart :hehe:

Yeah, it would be so cool if Smap could brake into the US. I would die if Goro made a Hollywood film (Private Lessons doesn't count cause it was a piece of crap). But if anyone from Smap has a shot of becoming the next Ken Watanabe it's definately Takuya.

ooh! so that's why.. thanks elaine and nagisa for the info.. actually, sorry to say, i dont really like mori. as in from the pics. :bonk: but i think it's just me. and partly cos i dont know how his character and all is.. wonder if smap is still in contact with him? like do they meet up or anything.. :crazy: and im not surprised that johnny refused to take him back. considering wad a petty person he is.. it would be a miracle if johnny did. sighh. if only mori did well in racing.. that would have been able to spite johnny!
