Himawari is Sinchan's younger sister while Misae is Sinchan's mother. Maybe himawari is fond of Nakai (and yes, it's the Nakai Masahiro) but she's stll waaaay to young to have such an idol like Nakai. That's why Misae said "you're 20 years too early to get Nakai" :rofl:
