Vanessa, I have to agree with you - seeing Taka-san and Nakai like that make you think twice about SMAP pairs.


I also liked Amuro Namie's part. She and Nakai apparently had the same voice training teacher, to help their singing.
At the time, Amuro wasn't really putting any effort into her training, so her teacher told her, "Do you know Nakai-kun from SMAP? He's trying very hard to get better at singing." Except that when she said that part, she started laughing half way. Hahaha. Nakai was like, "Zettai baka ni shiteru. Suge mukatsuku." (She's definitely making fun of me.)

The other part I liked was when they were talking about growing up poor.
Taka-san: "At one point in time, we didn't even have a refrigerator."
Nakai: "There was one time my brother said to me, Hiro-chan, let's go to the bank and drink water."
Taka-san: "Because it's cold, ne."
Nakai: "We went, and we drank A LOT."

Whoa. two things I didn't know. Nakai grew up poor? Dang. And if I had the same vocal coach as Nakai, I would fire her and get another! XDDDDDDDDDD!

I'm making the god awlful attempt of watching Kimura's latest dorama in raw format and I guess I didn't really pay any real attention to the cast, because HOLY HELL! ASDFGHJKL!!! Inamori Izumi is in this dorama! Wah! I'm really excited! I really hope she plays a large role, since she seems to be the female talent I'm most interested in (with this dorama) Kyoka Suzuki seems really bland and from what I can understand or can't, is that the relationship between Teppei and Aiko seems so unpleasant. Plus the father, Ginpei looks like he's about to have congestive heart failure any minute. The background music is to DIE for and everything seems so lavish and glamorous! .. I need to share my screencaps to my favorite part where Kimura Takuya and Inamori Izumi cross paths, again! Momoko an Senna MEET AGAIN! asdfghjk! Yes, I'm so pleased with this.

i think it's a pretty big role vanessa. she plays kimura's ex-girlfriend and from the looks they gave each other in the elevator, there might be some lingering feelings!! she's actually the one i'm most excited about besides kimura. i don't know why but i love inamori izumi

I don't think they're getting lazy. They're just getting older, ne. The last few years they've been getting injured/sick quite a lot. I give them a break...they've been doing this for the last 20 years. :hehe:

Haha, Ishibashi rarely gives up an opportunity to snuggle with Nakai. I've only seen Nakai that close with Tsuyoshi, :hehe:
