right now i'm in Washington state, but i used to live in japan. My favorite is goro chan, closely followed by takuya. i'm on a takuya drama watching kick lately :woot: i originally got into smap in 1988 when i watched mori kun's drama, "tsuyoshi, shikkari shinasai!" but i didn't really get into smap until about 1996. love those guys so much.

i used to be in charge of a smap mailing list but sadly it doesn't seem to want to be active anymore XD i also had a webpage a long time ago but sadly i didnt have time to work on it anymore so that fell through too. it's nice to see some activity somewhere on the net. :woot:

OIC,, so the price increase then??? Or is it original Japan version?? I remember I've bought a Taiwan version years ago with RM$20, with 3 copies in a set.. I havent bought Myojo b4,, but I know that every issue have Kimura-kun in it,,, :victory:

garnet28 wrote:The price of Wink Up in Malaysia Kino is around RM33 or less than RM30 like that I think, convert to S'pore dollar... Myojo is RM35, every issue has Takuya's essay column and focus on one member of Smap. Popolo and Potato is RM28... It's even better if you can get Wink Up Taiwan, it's in Chinese and you can read it.

Nakai-kun is said somking at the back stage in Kouhaku..

Because of DJ Ozma, last year's <<Kouhaku>> have a lot of incidentz,, the latest issue of <<Weekly Woman>> continue to spread some news at the back stage, and it includes two members of SMAP..

According to the magazine, when SMAP members are being interviewed, it was said that a female reporter was holding a voice recorder hoping to record what Kimura was trying to say from far away. Closer to Kimura was Shingo and he helped her to hold the recorder for her.

In reverse, Nakai was in the back stage along the corridors smoking at a corner and totally ignored the "NO SMOKING" sign on the wall. Sometime, the second hand smoke coming from Nakai blew right into the face of the workers who came around and yet no one dared told him to stop smoking. Looks like NHK is really SCARED of Nakai.

Hmm,,, a bit funny news...
