Thanks alot, for filling me in!! I reeeaally never pay attention to other Johnny's, except Smap and Arashi. And as for Arashi....though, I like them very much...but I don't think they're even any close to SMAP, in my list x)

Yeah...I was surprised when I see Tsuyoshi in recent Dohmoto Kyoudai. He BARELY talks!! :shocked: What's happening to him? Did he got hit on the head or sumthin'? xD He used to be very talkative... Something must have happened in his life!

Yeah...so, so too bad for Goro he never won that Best Actor award. While Kimura won 6-7 times. Nakai, Tsuyoshi and Shingo 3 times.

The thing is....his BEST ACTING was always NOT on drama series.
IMHO, his BEST ACTING were in WaraiDaigaku and Asuka drama SP. Too bad, drama SP do not participate in the award. And as for WaraiDaigaku....*sigh*...it's a WIDE-SCREEN MOVIE, though I REALLY think he SHOULD be nominated....but hey, whaddyaknow... Johnny's are not allowed to be nominated in the Japan Academy Award! :usuck:

Ahhh......I love this drama!!! One of Goro's best acting, I'll say!! I so love his nerdy character in this drama, Mori Shinichi!!! And this drama is really HILLARIOUS, I laughed alot! The way Goro say "Ohayo" to Esumi Makiko who's on a taxi, and Goro try to keep up, by running, with the taxi and talk to her from the window...cracked me alot!!

Then, also there's this scene where he was drunk. The owner of the foodshop throw him outside....Goro was angry and keep yelling at the owner even when the owner already closed the door. Then, he suddenly realized he left his glasses inside...suddenly his tone become polite, "Uhh...excuse me...may I have my glasses back?" :hehe: Cho~ funny!!!

I love his bangs too, here. So cute!!^0^

Goro's acting ability shouldn't be taken lightly!!! He's one of the best!!! All members of Smap are naturally good actors!!! Although all attentions always go to Takuya... There's a movie that Goro had a role as bad guy right? Isn't it Bayside Shakedown(not sure which one).. But I saw he's really kakkoi in the picture.

Haha, I think for all their popularity Jun and Nino are a lot quieter than you would think. I've only seen them on their variety shows and Utaban interviews though. I haven't seen Jun in many HYD interviews but it would be very "Doumyoji" of Jun to brag about himself :hehe:

Oh I know.... he was excellent in his specials. I think his best drama performance is in M no Higeki though. Few people can play that kind of weak character and make him likeable and sympathetic.

goro just has bad timing with his dramas i guess. whenever he has a good one out there's always some EXTRAORDINARY drama out while in other seasons there are some really crappy dramas that win.

jun is only showy when he's not with arashi. in arashi i think it's because he's the youngest that he doesn't really brag like he does in hyd interviews. however, jun has a nickname and it's DoS and it's from the members teasing him and calling him sadistic. he's always hitting people (in a joking way of course) so that's why he's called DoS.

nino's not really introverted more like witty but lazy boy. everything's probably mendokusai to him.

oh and jun won't be put in the same category as kimura for the drama awards because he's supporting actor while kimura is the lead actor. yes, unfortunately, or maybe this time fortunately, the lead for hyd is inoue mao and not jun. he's just the supporting. he's always been the supporting actor actually besides kindaichi 3. actually, he's getting his first lead role next season in the drama bambino! it's based on a manga again. it seems like he can't escape manga adaptations.

Heh, I always picture Goro as being a very unlucky guy. Good thing he's so optimistic.

Arashi doesn't stick to age heirachy though like the older groups. Jun can easily boss Ohno around, as can any of the other members. But I guess that's because they're really isn't much of an age gap between the 5.

I forgot how loud he can be in talk shows. I still think he's more of a talker in front of the camera and pretty quiet off screen. Kind of like Nakai.

I just saw this weeks SxS. I wish Will Smith could be a regular guest. He's definately the best American celebrity who's been on the show...so enthusiastic and not insecure at all. I guess second would be Cameron Diaz but she's only been on once. Man, "Show Your Smile" is such a pretty song.

I've been thinking this for awhile but Shingo's singing has improved soooooo much over the last few years. If you compare him to 5 - 10 years ago, it's like night and day. Goro's singing has improved a lot since SxS started too but he doesn't have the volume that Shingo does.

Guys~~it is 2nd of Febuary today~~and I think its been almost 6 months I knew you all. You all is the most greatest smappies that I know..and I regret a little bit coz I late knew you all :victory:

Agree 100% with you. Not because I'm a Shingo's lover, but I think he is the one much improve than others. I remember when I watch SMAP sing Kimi Iro Omoi in 1994 or 1995 ( I don't remember the year :doh: ) in MS, Shingo is just like a kid learning to singing :hehe: But when I watch again they sang the same song in Sample Bang 2005, I'm just like~~wow! Thats my Shingo! He is a MAN now!
