For me, its-

Nakai: Definitely hosting.
Kimura: Acting. I prefer doramas to movies.
Goro: Singing and probably modelling. He looks good in photos.
Tsuyoshi: Acting.
Shingo: .....? Not too sure about Shingo. Probably performing.
