I can't upload the whole episode because it's so long but I'll try to upload the bibiri parts for you, at the very least Tsuyoshi's part because it was so funny. Can't miss for Tsu ichiban
The book would be Kimura Takuya, the photo collection published in 1996. It was not a Johnny's Office product but published under the auspices of Takuya's own private company. He had at first meant to publish photographs he had taken himself, but eventually the whole concept was changed. So basically the project was his own.
According to an interview at the time, he had wanted to show "duality", and had chosen Hong Kong as a backdrop whilst she still retained both the Chinese and English influences. His dressing in drag was a part of this, and was to show the two sides every person has -- the masculine and the feminine principle. Most people's response to it was in the "He's so beautiful!" vein.
In the early days of SMAP, there were the rare occasions on which he played female characters in skits (I recall that he hardly needed any makeup, then), but by the time "SMAP's Ganbarimasho" had started (April 1995), he was only playing straight male roles or obvious transvestite characters. One wonders if it might have been in protest against the "How beautiful! You'd take him for a real girl!" kind of responses he invariably got when he cross-dressed. As his hair got longer, he seemed to resent more the inference that he looked like a girl.

In my memory, it should be Nakai and Shingo(Shingo mama) that cross-dressing the most in Smap.
