Now after I think what Elaine has said, Takuya's height is 175cm, while Goro is 176cm... Sometimes I confuse with these 2 persons heights. Oh ya, this is what I got from Nakai FAQ site.
Q
How tall is he?
A
The official and self-proclaimed height is 165cm. However, former (*sigh*) member Mori-kun was officially 180cm tall, but the results of the physical he had as a part of the Auto Race exams said he was only 174.5cm tall (you can't shrink 5 cm (2 inches) just by standing up when you sleep) so the "official" figures are always doubtful. However, from my experience of seeing Nakai-kun close by, I think he really is 165cm tall. Everybody says he is small, but Nakai-kun in person is not *that* small! But he is sort of short (especially by comparison with the other members of SMAP) and he worries about it a lot. So he wears shoes that have high soles or high heels (he loves to wear boots and high-heeled clogs and other "secret shoes," and you can actually see some of them on TV or in concert.) When he dances, since he doesn't want to be regarded as a "girl" amidst the other members, he dances harder than the others to cover up for his shortness (isn't he so admirable?!)
