NO!!!!!! :mecry:

Alternative suggestion: buy a new hard drive and make it the master and make your current drive the slave... That way, you can make a fresh OS install and not lose any of your old stuff. Then slowly migrate the stuff from your old drive to the new one... Does that sound any better?

have u tried adaware? never had problems with spyware since i installed it.
anyway, if nothing else solves the problem and you have to reformat ur drive, u may want to make several partitions. One for the system/applications, and the others for data.

For me, I have a system partition (contains windows and all application software), and several others for anime, shared folders, etc. The advantage of this is that in case u need to reformat, you dont have to erase your data. Also, if you have a mirorring software, use it after reformat and app installs. Its pretty handy when your PC goes haywire. ;)

I have a mirror of my system partition so if something goes wrong, I'll just restore it. No need to fiddle with reinstallation of windows (takes a long time) and all your other apps.

Michi ... if you want to delete / modified yr dll file ... pls restart yr machine ... and after that ... press F8 ... on windows logo ... select ms-dos mode ... through dos prompt you may delete / rename it yr file .... I more prefer to rename it ... before delete it make sure that you are under correct folder / directory ...and after that ...pls restart again yr machine ... ;) by press Ctrl - Alt - Del button ...

hope by that path can help you ....

you have to cut and paste not to copy ... ;) or rename it ... the main purpose of rename it is almost the same as delete it ... but more secure ... just in case you still need it that file you can restored it
