You are quite lucky, since your parents don't ban you. Mine does. But it shows that they are concerned...sometimes in a wrong way though. (you know, I can't live without entertainment!)

After my prelims will be intensive doing of papers from other schools. Then a week of self-studying in preparation for the O's. THEN THE REAL O's!!!!! AHHHH I REALLY GET SCARED AT THE THOUGHT OF IT! All gonna end on the 22 of November. Then 1 week later will be my graduation prom night..gotta go shopping for dresses and have to wear make-up. Gosh I hate make-up! haha hopefully, I can come here on my birthday. So yeah, about 2-3 months I won't be here. :beatyou:

Studying is a joy...sometimes. You know, the level of the O's here is sort of higher than the O's in Britain itself? My teacher said that what we are learning now are of that of those Brits 2 years older than us. -_- So we can take their A levels it seems? haha okay maybe I am wrong but our standard is sure higher than theirs.

Oh....sometimes i feel so relax n i feel kind of confident that i can score.. but sometimes..when i stress out.. i feel really worried and cant do the papers.. i just hope i'll be ok during the real exams.. no breakdown.. no stress.. no sleepless nights..

ur going to finish 2 weeks earlier than me.. my last paper is on 5th december.. after my trials..there'll be some intensive trainings....then, on 12th november..the real exam starts.. the exam that determines my whole future..

Don't stress out girl! I remember my mind went totally blank for my Chemistry paper last year cos I was too nervous and I failed. :shamefulcry:

I see, it is the same case for me as well! My future lies in my hands. If I don't work hard now, I may not enter the course that I want in poly and I will not become a journalist!!! Kya.. my dream job. I'd better get all my A's and 3 points!

ahh...dont worry ne..... u can do it... WE can do it... You'll get to be a journalist in the future....n i'll be a successful engineer in the future too.....

Well.. maybe coz my dad is an engineer also.. n i always find his job is very interesting.. Plus, he always explain to me bout this n that.. Not many girls wanna be engineer eh... how lucky.. the competition here is quite tough... so...i gotta get straight a's to prove im the best...

Well..u can say that... she knows there's no use in forcing me to do things.. So, she gives me the option to do what i want n how i want.. It's kinda hard been given this.. gotta think real hard.. but great in some ways..your mom's probably think she's doing what 's the best for u... maybe it's not looking great in ur perception now.. but in the future, the result will surely be good k... ;)

Your dad is an engineer? That's cool. Btw, I heard Uchi wanted to be a florist when he was young. Not sure about that though. haha, if he did own a flower shop, many girls will buy flowers from his shop everyday just to see him! :hehe:
