I watched Shounen wa Tori Natta less than a month after I watched 1 Litre of Tears, but I didn't find any problem w/ it......probably b/c I never expected it to be as good as 1 Litre and so never tried to compare these two from the beginning, b/c I understand that these two are made like 5, 6 yrs apart, you can't really compare an old movie w/ a new dorama......script are diff, filming method are diff, actors' outfits and clothings are so diff, 1 was less than 2hrs long and 1 was 10episodes long, just can't compare........and I never expected Yamapi to act well here...HEY! HE WAS JUST A 15-YR-OLD BOY BACK THEN, WHAT HIGH LEVEL ACTING SKILLS DO YOU WANT TO EXPECT FROM HIM ANYWAY?? :grumble: And as a 15-yr-old, I think his acting at least passed the passing line.....And I think the scene where the whole family crying over KenKen's dead body is very touching. Not as touching as 1Litre, but still........
oh my god you sound like you hate me so much.. did i ever do anything to you? i was just posting some things that might sound... rude... but i said sorry...
Yes of course you can compare this movie with 1 litre of tears since they have similar plots... the difference was only the heart and the spine...
To tell you the truth i didn't know that it was made in the past six years ^^... i only noticed Pi's eyes were smaller...
Still think it's dull after watching 1 litre...
About the 15 year old thing... don't really think that matters... Do you know Dakota Fanning?
