(That's his 2006 New Year Resolution) I guess the time when he actually quit is when JE doesn't give him work anymore. So you don't have to worry that much la.....(I am more worry about when the Jr. can't wait for opportunity anymore and quit.....Like ABC, MA, 3Tops.....etc, those who remain as juniors for almost 10yrs or over 10yrs already)
May I elaborate on this? This is also directly related to members of Kanjani8 BEFORE they debuted. This didn't happen recently but a long time ago.
Back in 2001-2002, the Kansai juniors which include the top juniors (Subaru, Yoko, Hina, Ryo) were sent back to Osaka without any jobs at all for almost a year, due to some rebellious movement rumored to have been started by dear Subaru. Note also that during this time the other juniors were not that affected, in fact, Yassu, Maru & Uchi were grouped together as a musical band called V.WEST, and later Ohkura joined them. During that time, the boys had so many free time that at one time, they got frustrated because JE still wouldn't allow them to come back to business, and during THIS PERIOD OF TIME that Ryo considered quitting. In fact, he's not the only one. Subaru also wanted to quit JE, and rumor has it that Yoko too, but Hina being the all-time positive person that he is, managed to calm down the storm. Then, in August 2002, the four boys together with V.WEST members finally got a job, starring in 2002's stage musical ANOTHER, although it's still very much only in Osaka but it's definitely a start. Alas, on Dec 18th 2002, Kanjani8 was born.
Don't worry about Ryo-chan quitting...Wasn't he the one who said, "the day I quit Kanjani8 will be the day I quit the business". So as long as K8 are around, he'll still be around as well. So NEWS' fans don't need to worry too much.
