for downloading videos i used to use VEOH. it's kind of like youtube, with better picture quality. besides you can download stuff from youtube now. for MP3s, you can try some of the blogs that uploaded songs. i had like a whole bunch of their songs before..... hope it helps.

oh yeah, jess had helped me tremendously - there were some very good links she put up - and other people put up as well on this thread. maybe some of the stuff are still on ..... just try going back down the pages a bit. the new video Hoshi waszitsname is worth downloading. good luck.

After watching news about Koyama's graduation, I have a question. Why the students, including Koyama, all either wear tuxedo or kimono? Japanese college students don't wear cap and gown when they graduated??

Isn't the cap gown attire a western tradition? I know even during high school graduation they don't wear that kind of stuff..probably just formal wear...Anyhow i'm amazed at how they balance school and work...they must have no time for any other things. But how come I saw the professors wearing cap and gowns on the stage? So the Japanese only half follow the western tradition? Besides, if say tradition......tuxedo isn't Japanese clothings either........so I am curious.....
