hantuwriter wrote:aaah, the price is going to be wayyyy expensive in auctions . Good luck to you.

jess: hey, I didn't know... Happy Birthday!!! Now, I know you purposely came here on your birthday :beaten: lol, j/k. Yeah, I ordered the dvd, but, as usual, it's going to take at least a week till I get it. I've been refraining myself from downloading the dvd, since that would kinda defeat the purpose of buying it in the first place :hehe:

Heyo hantuwriter!! Long time no see :Dhaha yay thanks! HMM you are probably right :) but also because it's national day over here and we have quite a long break from school :D Yup! you shouldn't download the dvd, or else no surprise when you finally view it :) Just bear with it a while more.. *ignore what i'm going to say at the bottom of this post*

yeuannh wrote: jess: Jess!! Missed you! *hugs* Where've you been? Oh and sorry that I'm late from this.^^; Happy Birthday!!

YEUANNH!! I really missed you too!!! Haha daijoubu yo! I never did tell any of you when exactly is my birthday and monta's eyes are really sharp to have noticed it at the first page of jdorama.com. Hahha haven't been anywhere, just busy with schoolwork yupp. Hope you're doing good too! *bishes schwrk*

lol yeah dbsk is really really popular. And i have no complaints because i have to admit they are very good not just in singing and dancing, but also their looks XD They're the most popular asian boyband ard now i think. (Perhaps even more popular than fahrenheit- sadly an all looks no talent boyband- ) it's worth it to go search for their performance online but of course, NEWS will always be my ichiban ^^

@chiba hey dear!! Thank you :):) Missed you too!! Hope you're doing well as well!

@monta kyahahha *pictures monta dancing with pom-poms :dancing: * Oh yeah you remember liza, montz? She left me a pm a while ago that she's not returning to this forum anymore ><><>< haiz

Hey, I was passing by Marina Bay when they had the rehearsal. The fireworks were awesome, and the jellyfish-like tanglungs were amazing!!! All of us in the car were going, "wow!" "beautiful" "pretty"... you get the picture :hehe:. Good thing I wasn't the driver

Cool thing your friends know you're into JE, lol. I've got a few friends who know, but they don't really care  :mwahaha:

yeuannh: lol, in my mind, i had the image of the sun setting as well. great minds think alike

monta: I've read somewhere that Yamapi's sister is a gravure 'idol' (personally I don't really understand why they like to use idol) but I don't know the truth of that. And something's been bugging me... why did you cross out MatsuJun in your sig?

Nonono, I am talking about Taiwanese dollars. I got these prices on the official website (and the only website) that sell the concert tickets, so they must be correct......You must be kidding that the whole audience area only have 3500seatings.

Yamapifans: Yeah, I found out about the prices differences after the post (Didn't see those seats all the way on the bottom of the image).^^; That's why I said almost.

baybeehxsleepi: Yep, you're right about the price ranges, but those aren't the seating numbers. About $76 for the most expensive ones, $45 for the mid-range ones, and $30 for the cheap ones. Just divided 33 into Taiwanese dollars and you'll get the prices in American dollars.^^

jess: I had an idea when it was, since you told me a while back, but I totally forgot about it.^^; Did you have a wonderful birthday? Get any JE related things? :hehe: (Hope you didn't drill the whole 'get me something JE related' in your friends' heads. lol jk)

Yeah, I just never noticed that DBSK was THAT popular. They're tickets for their concert in Taiwan are expensive~ Especially the price differences between the really good seats to teh really bad seats.

lol I was just going to ask the same thing as hana-chan. :beaten: And the latest SC episode with NEWS. I've been a bit lazy to search for them cause I'm starting school in two days. I've been packing and prepping like crazy this week.

hantuwriter:   Obviously we've been having too many fantasy thoughts in our head. Well at least that applies to me. I've been watching a lot of anime/doramas this summer. Got all these scenes in my head. :hehe:

haha yupp i had a really wonderful birthday this year (partly due to the fact that my birthday coincided with this 5-day national day break over here). Went out with many of my good friends and i guess that's the best birthday present already :)

hmm.. you din read my last post properly! Haha anywayy yupp my friends got me the kanjani8 06-07 calendar (hehe i think they only know i like ryo and since there are more k8 stuff available here due to the NEWS suspension so yuppp ). As you already know i <3 NEWS much more than k8 but well at least there's ryo and okura! (frankly i don't like the rest of them or k8 as a grp)

haha if you want the download links, PM me yeah? Not sure if the uploader wants pple to distribute links in public forums.

anyway as i said in my previous post, i have already uploaded the DVD as well as the SC episode you want on crunchyroll.

Disc one concert live: http://www.crunchyroll.com/showmedia?id=129849
Disc two concert live: http://www.crunchyroll.com/showmedia?id=129705

oh yayy welcome fellow singaporean NEWS fan!! Haha your favourite member's tegoshi? I'm Jess from Singapore too and i love tegoshi as well XDXD

blahh i want to go their concert as well but the fanbase over here is definitely not big enough >< DBSK is so much more popular over here and they aren't even popular enough for DBSK to come over so i think the chances of NEWS coming over is very low.

blearghh i checked the citylink HMV branch on friday and didn't see the DVD there. >< Currently don't think it's available yet but i THINK they will import it soon. Continue checking out hmv i guess XD Or you can go check out mise, pretty sure you'll be able to get it but just at a very jacked-up price ><<><

kinki kids' 39 is available in hmv and sembawang (i THINK i saw it) btw haha.

eeeeh.... why is that??? aww... she was always the wise one in this group of blindfolded-fangirls :hehe: (no off) . i haven't really heard any criticizing these days, lol.

and OMG what is with your new ava!!?? it's freakin scary i tell you!!!! change it, p-l-e-a-s-e ....

lol, coz they have their own DVDs. whichever, they show boobs.

why? coz i don't like him :beaten: :hehe:

Yay, I finally got my dvd today :woot: , and it's so puri-puri-tii
I haven't watched it yet, though. The only thing I didn't like about the dvd was that when they had the photoshoot for it, Ryo... was... blond :shamefulcry: . I'll be scarred for life :beaten:

monta: I don't get how someone could like a group and yet dislike a member of that group

he? it happens all the time with me. like how i like tsubasa but not tackey. and now i don't like 'em both since tsubasa lost his mind and his hair ended up like that

hantuwriter wrote:

Easy answer:That person like a group just b/c this group is where her idol belongs to. In other words, if he's not in that group, she wouldn't like this group either. I like NewS b/c of Yamapi and Ryo, but I hate Kusano and kinda dislike Tegoshi and Shige........If not for Yamapi and Ryo, I probably won't pay attention to NewS......Like Monta said, this happen all the time. very common situation.

haha i think i used to be like that as well.. liking NEWS because of ryo. But after some time, i fell in love with NEWS as a group, not as individuals. Even if ryo quits NEWS tmr (touch wood), i'll still support NEWS XD

@monta
uh-uh not changing :)

monta wrote:he? it happens all the time with me. like how i like tsubasa but not tackey. and now i don't like 'em both since tsubasa lost his mind and his hair ended up like that

lol... Samurai, ey

I just finished watching the NEWS dvd, and it was wonderful. Let me state the obvious here; dvds definitely beat fancams :hehe: . They looked like they were having fun and happy to be on stage together, though the smiles and laughters could be due to the absurdity and ridiculousness of their costumes... who knows... :beaten: . The best part had to be Snow Express. I love the song, the outfit, the choreography... everything. And the accent dance :inlove:, it was so cool. The sound effects, more than anything, probably contributed to how cool it was, but still, it was awesome. Too bad Ryo had to go missing to prepare for his solo... Oh, and Koyama and Shige's miniconcert...  loved it when Shige grabbed the phone.
