she was... but then she quits.... in early 200x (forgot the exact year) she announce that she'll concentrate on her acting career. :shamefulcry:

Most of her signing in her early career. She stopped when she got bigger roles in dramas. It was probably just the usual idol stuff where they make them sing, act, do photobooks and see what's popular and what brings the most income. :)

Ryoko is after all married to a Takahiro Okazawa.

I got that information from the Japanese Wikipedia, so I assume that it is correct.

I was confuse by the Real Maiden Name which was Hirosue, but that her real name was Okazawa. I almost thought for a second that Hirosue was her artist name. :ashamed:

It's great that she still uses her old name, cause nobody knows who Okazawa Ryouko is. :sweat:

Uhm...is it true that she's filing for a divorce with her husband and that they're already living separately since February? :headscratch:

Those rumours pop up regularly and have all been proven false as of yet. There was even a message on her official site saying that such a rumour was indeed false and that they were considering to sue the magazine in question.

I would take any rumour with a very big grain of salt, unless it hits the media big time. Big like ex-Morning Musume Tsuji Nozomi's pregnancy and wedding right now.

Yeah... When it reaches the official media and not gossip mags, it's probably closer to being true. When they take their time to respond to the news too. It means they're desperately trying to come up with something. :sweat:
