well, i was thinking, if u split the files into 2, using hjsplit... then change the extension of each file (put it separately in different folder) to .001. then try to 'join'(this is not really joining, since u only will have one file in each folder) the file. i think it might work... hmmm... i dunno if i made any sense to u tho... gomen :banghead:

Not the usual kind whereby you split files for uploading purposes
but those that allo you to split the file into parts and burnt into vcd...WITHOUT the need to combine them before watching....

himitsu, can u tell me the format of the files? (Eg mpg, avi, vob etc.) Coz different formats require different programs to split them into separate vids ^^

Yup this album is definitely worth buying becoz the DVD is uber cute X333 (it's only 35 minutes tho :/) I'll make some caps later ^^

there is a program called EOVIDEO that you could use to join or split files and convert them in to files you could play on a dvd or vcd player. i'm not sure if u need to pay for it or not, most probably u have to. Hope this is the alternative program that u could use instead of windows movie maker.

u made a wise choice in buying allyour goodies earlier. no point in hauling in lots of stuff to the arena when u need your hands free to do all sorts of other things... :victory: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Try this :AVI-MPEG-ASF-WMV-Splitter. its a multi format splitter and allows u to choose exactly where u want to cut.

You have to use TMPGenc and well get a tutorial from http://www.doom9.org cuz I'm sure they can give you a fully detailed steo by step, cause I'm really vague sometimes when explaining...
