wow you've been busy gacktsama! thank you for providing the aiba vs 20 women clip. back when nino had his short bleached/dyed hair i didn't really care much for him, but now that his hair style's changed he looks cuter! hair can really do a lot to how you look ne? also i've gotten to see his playful personality so that just adds to his cute factor. i think i like him the most when he gets all excited about his pranks. he used to look so young though. before he grew out his hair that is. whenever i looked at him i always thought he looked 17 or 18, not early 20s. maybe it was because he's a tiny guy too.

nino always crack me up when he throws a tantrum. i love it when he dumped the recorder into the water tank. ohno never fail to amuse me with 'umai!' jun cracks me up with that 'ohji san?!!' and his dorky hair in mintere, aiba... just simply entertaining! well, sho's the only one who hasn't amused me for a long time...

hmm... i did say i'm liking nino more. actually, sho is sliding down for me at the moment... quick sho fans, defend him!

i only bash all the guys on this thread coz i know we all love them to distraction... it's kind of boring if i just go on writing another 1000 posts on how much i adore sho's rapping or nino's songwriting talent... i do love all 5 of them btw, just jun more. ok, i'm abit sick, i make fun of them alot too, even jun, if you'd check jun's thread. i was poking fun at his gay-ishness. but only on their threads.

LOL, oops, I guess I wasn't very clear in what I meant. Err...Nino's looks are still very plain to me. What I meant was, some of the other Arashi guys went from ordinary to extraordinary in my mind. Based on looks alone, I don't know how people I once found ugly suddenly became beautiful but that's how it was with some of the Arashi boys. Weird, huh?

I agree. The boys get some tough lovin from me cuz I know that they can take it. And it's tough, but it's still love. And it is boring to just gush about people! There are only so many times you can repeat the same compliments before they start to become meaningless.

bpchan, i didn't misunderstand what you wrote. i was writing based on pure looks... i mean like a beauty standard (like really subjective here ok, everyone has their standards). i know how looks can 'feel' better when you know a person better. i work with so many models, talents etc that i can't help but be pretty literal about this comment. of course, he's becoming less short, less hunched just like jun's getting less poker-faced in my impression... :sweat:

LOL, and once again, I screw up what I write. What I meant to clarify was the point that I still don't find Nino good looking. I understood that you were writing based on pure looks.

And the other thing was that based on pure looks, someone went from plain to good looking in my mind, e.g. Sho-kun. He was completely ordinary looking to me before but somehow (maybe my standards changed?), he's become an example of a person I would consider good looking.

I always thought he was attractive in a next-door-neighbor/your-best-friend's-older-brother sort of way. Nothing super extraordinary and exotic like Jun or even Ohno [exotic? lol, is that the right word? XD], but completely charming nonetheless. It's a different sort of appeal when it comes to Nino, and once you tally up all the other X-factors like his other quirks and talents, Nino comes out to be a very good package. :mrgreen:

There's just something about his moodiness that makes you think he's always hiding another thought or personality under the surface, and that mystery is what makes Nino intriguing as an idol and a person. When he's being mean, you wonder if it is just playfulness or pure spite. When he's being a goofball, you wonder about what happened to that romantic that he becomes during his solos on stage. When you see him perform his own songs, you wonder, "Where does he get these feelings and inspiration?" When you see a pic of him, you wonder, "What kind of mood was he in when this was taken?" And when you continue to look deeper at the pic to figure it out, it's possible to see his many sides all mixed up in that moment.

And in my opinion, this helps him in being the most photogenic out of all the boys!

[Once I said, "Don't you think Nino looks good in any picture he takes?" to my sister as I was looking through ARASHI pics online. She looked at the pics over my shoulder and replied, "Don't you mean he just looks the same?" :omg: XD!]

Yesterday (lol, it's 4am right now) was my first day of school, but I didn't want to have ARASHI withdrawals, so I carried around the CD booklet from my Iza, Now album. When I got to school, one of the first persons I saw was my friend from that summer party. We said hi and started talking with some other girls when I suddenly rememebered what I had with me...

well, because of your lukewarm reviews, i was procrastinating to watch it. but i just finished it now, and i thought it was pretty entertaining!

i thought both sho and ohno did pretty well. it was hilarious when ohno just died like that though! and sho looks kakkoi with a top knot! i was just lmao with the other guys throughout coz seeing them act so serious was... unexpectly funny! of course, i did notice that they acted pretty well.

i think the all guys should do more sketches like these in future. it's pretty good really!

i was also surprised to find mago mago, well, at least part of it, entertaining :mrgreen: if only it wasn't that visible that they were wearing the false hair..... they both acted very well... ohno was so serious... and i liked the way he looked in that head piece too.
but i think the funniest part was 1. when ohno died all of the sudden and 2. the whole watching of the film process with the boys laughing their heads off and making comments.

hmm... i must agree with you and the other girls who said this as well. i both disagree and agree with what aiba said. it's human nature to think women/men are good looking, and even if i had a bf, i'd still be thinking some other guys are attractive. i think i'd still be spazzing over arashi if i had a bf. hahaahaa. tho, i don't think the reason someone finds another person physically attractive because they're not satisfied in that relationship... does that mean i'll NEVER be satisfied?? *sigh* prolly. and aiba doesn't seem like the kind of guy who can settle with only one girl, and i kinda have the same feelings?? i dunno. i've never dated, so i can't say much about this subject... :sweat:

and when i first saw nino in stand up, i thought he was really... not good looking?? i'm not usually a fan of thin lips, that's why i love sho and jun!! but for some reason, he's just gotten really cute over the past year!! he's definately grown up and changed in his looks, so maybe that's it. i'm still confused! i love how he doesn't try to be sexy, and he'll show his frustration easily. he used to be my least favourite arashi member, but he's climbing up the arashi ladder quickly!

you'll need "Subtitle Workshop" to make .sub files, (separate sub file to play along with your video) and if you want to "hard sub" them on you'll need TMPEGEnc. At least that's what I use... ganbatte!

You're welcome for the karaoke, and it's not Aiba-chan in my siggie, it's Daishi Kajinaga from the jrock band Psycho le Cemu, but he does remind me of Aiba at times...and it's from the Risokyo Ryoko Zepp DVD. I fell in love with them after seeing them live, they rock! :metaldevil:

Yeah what yamete_evie - start out with Subtitle Workshop, but if you want to have more editing power..Substation Alpha, and coding in a text editor like Notepad is what you need...And of course Virtualdub and TMPGENC! I love making subtitles on my videos, I've been doing it for over a year, cuz I like them on there when I burn them to vcd...

i'm i the only one who thought nino was sexy in a nerdy way in stand up? maybe its my wierd taste...anyway the way he acts, i find it rather hot... i love his cheeky expressions and kooky smile....and this wallpaper i think is hot

I couldnt tell the difference between aiba and sho... i thought then they just look too similar....(had to distingush by hair...aiba has dead straight hair and sho has a slight waviness to his hair) took me some time to learn everyones names...
my first impressions basing on looks...
aiba is the prettiest...
jun is stylish...
sho pretty too...
nino cute japanese look...
ohno (please dont kill me) ugly not pretty compared to the others....
