NOBUTA WO PRODUCE, HOTARU NO HIKARI. :metaldevil:
Hotaru No Hikari started as a manga? I didn't know that. But then, I know very little about manga to begin with. I guess it just didn't seem like a manga story to me.
I noticed that Cutie Honey has been made into a live-action show now, with Mikie Hara in the starring role. I watched the first episode and it reminded me of another show I saw once, called Lazy Town, I think. Except that Cutie Honey has a lot more cleavage. Lots. It looks like fun, if you don't overdose on all the cheesecake. ;)

Karei Naru Ichizoku (it's family orientated, mainly concentrates on the father/son relationship... though it's the kinda drama you'll either love or hate as it is set in the 70s and revolves around banking and the steel industry)
Late 60s. I loved it. Very powerful, though quite tragic.
Currently, I'm watching Security Police. I'm on episode 3 now.
