Who are you, Kristi Yamaguchi? :shakehead:
@bmw: how much does a box of dailies cost you? And how long is the supply?
Um, they're not daily wear Accuvues (is there such a thing?)... Just daily wear soft lenses: I take 'em out at the end of the day, clean and sterilize 'em, then I put 'em on in the morning. One pair lasts about 12-18 months, if you're meticulous about cleaning 'em. :)

Oh, that kind. I thought it was the daily disposable ones you were speaking of....... no wonder it is cheaper than the two week pairs. :beaten: :beaten: :beaten:

Hey! Nothing wrong with having pretty eyes! *blinks like bambi* :beaten:
:hehe: :hehe:
Laser surgery seems a lot safer than it was about a year ago, if I had to choose to do Laser surgery, I still would avoid it cause there is always that risk you could go blind.... :shakehead:
had mine done about 3 yrs ago (geez has it been that long already) and it's incomparable.
-no more solutions/cleaning/tablets to deal with
-no more steam/fogged up glasses
-can go to sleep without worrying "damn, gotta take off my contacts"
-wake up not fumbling for the glasses to see what time is it.

Yes, let's.
After some rain in the morning, the sky has cleared up quite a bit. Looks like it'll be a nice day in Oahu today. I just don't know how hot it'll be though......
Bleah to heat. :bleh:

be careful what you hope for. without heat in HI, how are the vacationing "golden-week" OL's gonna shed their clothes and into their bikini's?

noodlefreak wrote:Nope...My dad has me wearing the hard lenses because he says that they are better for my vision...I have to listen to him because hes my Optometrist!!
Well I've heard that hard lenses force your eye from changing shape so your vision doesn't get worse... Sorta like braces for your teeth.
But hard lenses are rough, neh? What about rigid semi-gas permeable lenses? Those should be a little more comfy than straight hard lenses...

hard lenses are okay once you get used to them...but you can still feel them... Maybe i'll try those next time!
