don't know really when u turned it on after a few hrs. it'll restart

even if it's newly formatted

i don't know if the prob. is on the chip or whatever

Could be heat problems.... Cause most processors will either shut themselves down or restart the computer to try to cool off....

does it crash or automatically restart? Sometimes XP will give me a blue screen error and restart the comp

Write down what the error is, if it's the same one I usually get, then I could help you troubleshoot. My problem has to do with my RAM and CPU speed though.

it's got something to do w/ hardware installed or something

it's says make sure the devices are properly installed

Oh is it like if you recently changed hardware or added new software? That's the default message but it usually says the error occured in blah blah blah. Anyways let me know and I'll see what I can do :D

sounds like either the ram or video card...did u install any new hardware to it, prior to getting that error

oh gomen i supposed to post the exact error but it just slip out of my mind this morning :bow: *gomen*

i really don't know y it causes that device error since i'ved been using it for a long time and i havent installed any new chips or whatsoever,

i'ved tried to smell the chips "u should have seen how i looked like at that time" smell if something had been burned but luckilly there aren't

my pc has 2 freaking prob. it may restart right after i boot or it may freeze while it successfully loaded the OS(XP).
