I'm pretty sure he doesn't and if he does, he's really good at keeping it secret. There were rumors about him and Kashii Yuu, but those were quickly ended. He told the press how it's impossible for him to have a girlfriend because of them and for that reason, he told the press he will be single because of that reason.
