Oguri Shun

"Azumi" is based on a popular manga. An old samurai is given a mission to recruit assassins to kill those lords opposed to the Tokugawa regime. He goes out and gathers some orphaned children and teaches them how to fight, never letting them out of their little isolated valley.

Eventually, after a final test they are sent out on their mission to assasinate 3 lords who are against the Tokugawas. The movie follows them as they go out to complete their mission.

You should try to see it enen! I highly recommend it. It had comedy as well as great sword fighting scenes. And Odagiri Joe was a really good psycho villian!

hehe, first saw him in Summer Snow. He spoke with very strong
accent in this drama. Really didn't sound like Japanese :beaten:
