For me Blurry Eyes, no doubt about it! Is the first song I identified with them and it marked the begining of Me being a Laruku fan... besides Hyde's voice when se sings "Meguri Kuru toki ni.." is so... wow... *speachless*.

Hmm...all this talk about the naughty tour goods...I think I scanned in some pictures of some of these tour goods...you guys interested in seeing them? I'll go look for them...some pretty funny stuff!

That is a tough question, but off the top of my head, Hitomi no Jyunin is one...hyde singing about living forever in your eyes...aaah, I'm a sucker for those romantic songs :hehe: ...and of course there is my absolute favorite forbidden lover just because I LOVE hearing hyde sing this live...the power and emotion in his voice always gives me goosebumps :mrgreen:

1. Pieces (the voice & melody sends out an unfound sadness)
2. Round & Round (the lyrics and attitude is LOVEx3)
3. Time Slip (sends me thrills with the intro)
4. Shinjitsuto Gensouto (haunting melody, evokes the dark side~ lol)
5. I'm so Happy (Passionate "i love you" is so touching)
6. Lost Heaven (A really impactful song to keep myself braced)
7. Kasou (same as #4)
8. Jojoshi (Poetic and dreamy)
9. Yasouka (when I'm feeling sad, it eats the sadness away :wow: :P)
10. Anata no Tameni (the melody & lyrics just did it)

For emotional connections to songs, I don't know, I haven't really thought about it. Probably because I hardly know what any of the lyrics mean, and being a slightly out of touch with his emotions guy doesn't help me either.

well, L'Arc is really good at making evoking songs.. but the best evoking song to me is "Hitomi No Junin" and "Jyojoushi". Hitomi no junin's lyric in the first chorus just breaks my heart!! :shamefulcry: the whole lyric's so sad, but those lines are the ones that caught me most. the intro music makes my heart turns into some kind of strings that are being shaken by the music.. i can't stop loving this song.
while jyujoushi's melody is so.. i can't even describe it.. it's like presenting the possible deepest sadness ever exist. it makes me wanna cry! :shamefulcry:

1. PIECES (It touched me from the first time i hear it.one of their masterpieces.and when hyde sing the last line at GCC, "watashi no kakera yo"..it just take my breath away!)
2. JYOJOUSHI (poetic and faithfull)
3. THE SILVER SHINING(first it was just a good song, but when i hear it on GCC, it just make me fly..free! i dont know how to describe it. wonderful emotion. since that i love that song very much. And then... i heard in hyde's interview about GCC, that hyde was asked about what song did he love most to sing at GCC, he answered the silver shining! becoz he feel so free while singing the song! :shocked: i was so astonished..he could sing and feel and share the same feeling as the audience! silver shining i got same free feeling while watching GGC
silent letter after watching tokyo dome, i always get the feeling im near tears while listening to it, it's such a amazingly powerful song.
hitomi no jyunin, the video for it is artistic beauty, hyde sounds amazing, such a moving song.

Ah, alright, after thinking about it for a bit, here are the songs that get me the most emtionally and why:

White Feathers: This song is just epic, and is my all time favorite of theirs. Yet I must admit that this references the tierra version only. The single/PV version is incomplete in my eyes and loses a lot of its effect.

Anemone: I think this is one of hyde's top vocal performances, and he is very emotional with it. I also love the guitars, bass, and orchestra as well. Very beautiful song, and both versions of the PV are great.

Sayounara: Another of my all time favorite songs of theirs, and a very good and emotional vocal performance. I only understand one word in the song (sayounara, of course), but I still feel like he is getting everything across without me even understanding anymore than that.

forbidden lover: Another great and emotional vocal performance, and I just love the hypnotizing drum beat. Also, it's one of my favorite PVs of theirs.

Now for my top Ray songs: snow drop is definitely my top, and then Sell my Soul, and lose control. I will stop there, because this is one of my favorite albums of theirs and could list them all without a problem.

Yet I will say one thing that will go against what spikebebop said. I hope Honey doesn't win; I think it is one of the weakest songs on the album.
