Actually you have to order from Japan. So it's probably for Japanese

systems are too different.I don't think,for example,here in Italy I can buy WOWOW channel o.O

also you can't see all programms, only some. So I think it's not impossible.

no wait,WOWOW will show the event only in Japan.It's a cable channel and you have to pay for watching it.
I think the rights for showing the concert were sold to other channels in those countries,'cause official site mentions WOWOW only for Japan
