You can download DC++ (Direct Connect) here http://dcplusplus.sourceforge.net/
Hi shadowthrone! Wow, thanks for all of the great information! I will have to give it a try!
I've seen this around on DC++, but haven't been able to get it just yet. Thanks for explaining what it is, though. There still might be a real PV out there somewhere....
In case you wanted to check it out, I uploaded what I had to a yousendit link:

God I'd like to see their concert! But it's far away from here...Why don't they get touring in Indonesia?! I want to see Hyde-sama in a beautiful long little curly hair again.hehehe. But I can't still download the Jyojyoushi PV! Gwaaaaaa......
WOW, thanks!! Once again, I am totally amazed at how people can get this stuff so early! But I'm still trying to hold out listening to it, so I think I will not download...the tempation would just be too great!

I have uploaded the files to JPS. If the link dies, you can get it from there.
Thanks dude!
Thanks for uploading to JPS! If my will power breaks down, I'll go there to get it...hee hee :hehe:
pochipochi wrote:The album is damn good! Some songs that didn't sound too good in the previews turned out to be very nice in its entirety. :victory:
Glad to hear that! ...resistance is breaking down... :hehe:
omg thank you sooo much!! i love the album! XD i must admit internet is scary, how they can get the songs before the album is even released, but i'm not complaining XD
I'm happy with the album, but I'm sure by the time I listen to it a second or third time I will love it. That's typically what happens with their CDs.
What is everyone's favorite song? Mine is by a fair bit, Hoshizora. After only hearing it once, it is already one of my favorite of their songs.
AS ONE was sort of a surprise, it was quite different. Yet I thought it did a great job of showcasing Yukihiro's drumming skills. He sometimes sounds like he is only a step away from a full on metal drummer, and probably could be one if he wanted to. I suppose this song is just showing Hyde being a little influenced by Korn and Limp Bizkit, because in an interview from about a year ago he said that those two bands were what he was listening to lately.
Yup, I agree. Some songs just get better each time you hear it. :hehe:
"As One" reminded me of "The Nepenthes" from REAL. Totally different from the rest of the album. But I certainly hope that L'Arc doesn't become a heavy metal band! :beaten:
I guess my favourite would be "twinkle, twinkle". It will make a very nice song to play live! A very soothing song like "milky way". :woot:

Well, I don't want them to change that much either. Also, I wouldn't even call Korn or Limp Bizkit metal, they're quite pathetic actually. Thankfully, As One doesn't take the influences too far, and has a much better drummer than any of those bands have ever seen backing it up.
I guess I'll admit now that I actually am a huge metal fan, and listen to the far more extreme side of it as well. I still can't fully understand why I love L'Arc~en~Ciel so much then.

...
I totally agree, I heard Hoshizora one time, and I knew it was it  I love how Hyde uses his voice in it, especially in the chorus. It's just awsome, I'm in luv :beaten:
New World is definately one of my favorites too, I fell in love with that the first time I heard it too ^^'
I agree with you all, AS ONE also made me stop a little while, coz it was so different from the other songs. Don't get me wrong, I totally love it XD but it stands out from the rest of the songs in AWAKE. :beaten:
Otherwise, the songs on AWAKE are so awsome, I love them. The one that I like the least would have to be Ophelia though, but it's kinda good in it's own way.
Anyways, thank you so much again for the album! x]
pochipochi wrote:How extreme do you go? I kinda liked Dreamtheater though...are they considered extreme? :victory:
Dream Theater are not on the extreme side of metal, they are progressive metal. I'm not much of a fan, but they have some good stuff. What I listen to is pretty hard to accurately describe, but most people would just consider it noise. The genre is called black metal, and I also listen to a little death metal here and there.
pochipochi wrote:Btw does anyone have Sayounara's mp3? Mind sharing? :puppydog:
I have it on CD, I'll rip it to mp3 when I finish listening to Awake again, hehe. That's another one of my favorite songs of there's. I'm assuming you have that unofficial PV of it, but if not, you can have that too.
Rare: I was wondering if you were the same Rare that I see on DC++ everyonce in a while. If you are, I want to thank you for a lot of the great stuff that I have downloaded from you.
EDIT: Here is a link for the mp3. http://s43.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0FIO56I24W3R11ATZ5U1KQRMFK
Sorry that it is only 128 kbs, but that's good enough.
