This is what I'd like to see more in Laruku thread. You throw a good ball, and others will play it well.

To me, "My Heart Draws a Dream" is much more than just "solid". this song is absolutely beautiful. The music and the lyrics go together perfectly to create a passionate yet tender sound. This song truly made me believe that Laruku was back.
Also, i loved "spiral". I agree with her that the bridge is the best part of the song but the rest the song certainly didn't give me a "headache". I thought it complimented the bridge very well by setting up a driven beat that leads up to the sweeping bridge.
I also loved Umibe though she doesn't quite seem as impressed as I am of this song. But anyways I like her description of Hyde's vocals as "pleading". Describes it perfectly I'd say.
But my main beef with this article is when she says that Alone en la Vida "isn't an amazing song". In my opinion this song is amazing and so much more. it's original, dramatic, gorgeous, and probably my favorite song on the album. Everything about this song is incredible and now that i think about it, it may even be one of my (many) favorite Laruku songs of all time.
It's cool to read her opinions and I just wanted to voice my own.
What do you all think of the review?
(Sorry for the long post but nothing else is going on around here haha)
It's always good to have well-said opinion from fellow fans. (^^)
Toning down the hormones with cool feedbacks is always welcome.
I agree with you about her description on Hyde's voice. I have to add, that she fails on making descriptive notes on the other members.
From the first time I read the review, I thought she tried being objective too much and ended up slashing and half-thrashing KISS in her review.
Though I'm impressed with her final sentence, but not really amazed by her overal review.
One weak spot that I found in her review that she mentioned about having listened laruku albums. She must've forgotten that Laruku is a progressive rock band, which means we can't expect Laruku to produce the same pattern in each album except great music. Never even one song have the repetitive melody as another.
In a word, maybe she expects KISS's songs to be more like 4th avenue, Blurry Eyes, or even Link? She needs to re-think it over.
Whatever her reviews, I doubt it'll put out people's curiosity to listen to KISS.
In conclusion, I quote Kisarazu:
I do hope this will be the "go signal" for more beautiful albums of laruku in the near future
okay, any other who would like to express their opinion?
