I got mine from CDJapan wich now says its out of print. :crazy:
The shipping was about another $30US but I got the EMS wich is the 3-6 days.

Wahh! I did checkout cdjapan and the book is indeed out of print... :shamefulcry: I usually order stuff from YA and cdjapan and just recently tried HMV. Cdjapan's shipping is outrageous! EMS is over P1000 *cringe*. I'll check it out on HMV. I hope it isn't sold out yet, huhuhu!

i think the intro goes like this:

the open D note on the 4th string is almost immediately followed by the 3/5 slide.
