Glad to hear you got your copy of AWAKE! When you say it isn't the "special Japanese edition", do you mean the first press edition? If so, I've seen it listed on eBay. Did you get the normal Japan version or an overseas version? What does it look like? Just curious what the differences are between the various versions released.

BTW, did anyone get to see the July 2 "Japan Countdown" show? Laruku was supposed to appear on it. :mrgreen:

I think shadowthrone got the normal jap edition. probably ordered it when first press was no longer available? :shakehead: My AWAKE is still not here... :grumble:

Actually, it's just the normal overseas version. Also, when I said "special" I meant the "first pressing edition." I've seen it on Ebay as well, but the only one I see on Ebay at the moment would cost me 40 dollars, and that isn't something I'm willing to pay for a different version of a CD I already own. I'm not not that insane, but close.

:mrgreen: I totally understand...it would be a different story if there were different tracks, but I think the only thing different would be the packaging of the CD? Not totally sure, but that's what it looked like...of course even though I say that, if I were in your situation, I would be very tempted to try to get the first press even if I already had the normal edition :hehe:

Yup, quite easy to find. Just go to HMV Level 3 at Heerens. They have the SMILE TOUR dvd overseas version too. Last check, AWAKE overseas version was selling for S$18.95, SMILE TOUR for S$25.95. :hehe:

I actually got mine from a place in Singapore for for only $9.99 on ebay. I would suggest checking ebay out for it.

wow..i got my awake album overseas version for $18 plus plus at CD Rama...hahha...not much of a difference from other places...

I know, but I checked out the place I got it from and it seemed legit. When it came in yesterday it appears to me to be an original.

I almost bought my SMILE TOUR dvd from him, but he was charging me like close to US$10 for shipping which was rather crazy since both dvd and myself are in Singapore. :sweat:
