Lucky you. I got my hands on a ticket for their Asia Live tour in September and as it seems now, I might not be able to go. @.@ I started to feel angry about myself since hearing all those rumours. I really hope that this won't be the last Laruku tour for the next fews years. :puppydog: It's just gossip for now, ne?

My partens would go with me to shanghai but i can't 'cause i have no holidays...

BONUS: this natsu no yuutsu [album ver], a little bit different from the Best of Larc 1994-1998. I prefer to the album ver coz it's a little bit accustic.

no itsn't... It's natsu no yuutsu heavenly album ver... :hehe:
You know they liked to change a bit part of their single when they wat to put in a album. You may find another song different when they put into an album. For example; Niji, snow drop, natsu no yuutsu, pieces, etc.

Thaaaanx matsu66 I was trying to dnwld Shout at the Devil at Ares, but I never found it!!!

Well... about YUKI, I think he's a genius!! But he should've keep his long hair, anyway.. thatz secondary. The first thing here is his music, and it's great.

Oh no! Say it isn't so! I would be so sad if laruku took another break so soon after their last one! :(
15 Jul 2005, 12:38 #1808
Nooooo, really it would be a shame if they take a break... just a short time after realising their new album. Buuuaaahhh!!!!

Then all my hopes of them coming to Peru are vanishing... lol. Actually that ain't that funny, cuz that means that I'll need to go to Asia to see 'em live... and thatz sooooooooooo far away from here ('n xpensive 2)!

Well, then we'll all have to go together to Japan someday and see them live, even though I don't have anytime in the near future to do that, oops.

I guess we'll just have to see if this rumor comes true. It would be unfortunate, but at least we would have four good bands to hold us over while we wait for them to come back together...assuming they would. :fingerscrossed:

EDIT: I just realized "unfortunate" is too light of a term. "Terrible" is much more appropriate.

I'm all for going to Japan! I've been dying to go back there!!

I'm going to try and not think about them breaking up until it's official...too depressing :(

Music Station and Pop Jam performances to look forward to Friday though!

How the did it in the last break?!
Had they say we make a break or had the say nothing about it and did it?!

Ohhh, so random bla english :beaten:
15 Jul 2005, 18:21 #1813
what they gonna break after LINK single ???
It's quiet strange, coz last time when they had break coz each personel had a project with their own solo career and after long productive works. As u can see from tierra release until spirit dream inside, they haven't take break though. Will this happen again with same reason ??? I hope it's not true.... :shamefulcry:

Everything is just a rumour...argh...I shouldn't have asked. :shakehead:

I am thinking it will be just another REST since they have been sooooo busy after their return from the last REST. I don't think they will break up so easily given their immense popularity unless there are tensions within the band...

Ok, something not related to L'arc...does anyone know how to rip a vcd to avi? :victory:
15 Jul 2005, 22:38 #1815
Yeah I hope it's only a rest, I mean they're good solo, but awsome together.

Can't say I don't look forward to Hyde's "COUNTDOWN" though. For people who didn't know, it's gonna be in the japanese dubbed version of the movie "Stealth", and you can hear a preview of the song on the link below. It seems really good x_x

http://www.sonypictures.jp/movies/stealth/ <- click on trailer and you will hear a very short preview of the song, but of the little I heard, it seems really good x]

I think in 2001 laruku released Spirit Dreams Inside and that was the last relase for laruku until 2004. Not sure if they actually announced L'Arc~en~Ciel was taking a break or if they just started releasing solo stuff and stopped releasing L'Arc~en~Ciel stuff as I was not listening to their music yet at that time. Anyone else here know?

Hee hee, yah, making us all sad here :hehe:

I hope that it's just a rest too. I guess the band can't stay as active as they have been this year all the time...even though that would be great for the fans

Ok, something not related to L'arc...does anyone know how to rip a vcd to avi? :victory:

Ah, sorry, I don't know, but I've always wanted to know how to do this too!

Thanks for the link! The clip of the song does sound very good! Can't wait!

I like Hyde but I don't like his solo career (don't hit  )

I saw Hello (was it hello?!) PV.
Behind Hyde is a band.
I asked me why did he play with a soooo stupid band when can play with Ken, Tetsu and Yukkie?!
His job alone or with band is the same, sing.

I hope nobody is angry
It's my opinion.

Hope you understand what it mean.
My english is soooo bad...

I think the idea of going solo is to have full control over the type of music you want to make, right down to the little details. I think in Laruku, Ken is the driving force behind the production and arrangement but still, they have to discuss and agree on things as a band.

But if you look at 666, everything was produced and arranged by Hyde himself. No one can tell him it doesn't sound nice or it should be done another way. He can make the kind of music he likes, same for the rest.

Of course, having a solo career is good...just in case the band breaks up... :shamefulcry: :shamefulcry: :shamefulcry:

Yeah, your right but in all albums 8/10 lyrics are from Hyde.
In AWAKE it's 10/12 by him.
5/12 songs are by hyde alone.
I think he has very much influence.

I think the influences from the others have positive results.
As examples all laruku lps :D

Like I said, I like Hyde, he's sooo kakoi :dancing:
but all together they are much more better than every solo career :D
I think Ken/Tetsu/Yukkie can play better guitar/bass/drums than the guy in the PV.
