i think i want to take on the dorama fanlisting project. i have no experience with making fanlisting so please help me! what should i do first? build a website or register?

okay. i just read the rules on thefanlistings site and it says that i can't create a fanlisting site on a free server. anybody here willing to spare a bit of their owned website? another thing, i can't do this alone. i guess it would be better if the dorama fanlisting would be a collaborative project. i hope some of you guys want to join in! this will be fun!!! :mrgreen:

You must have HTML and graphic experience.
Please provide a URL that displays your abilities when you apply. Please note that community sites (i.e. MSN, Yahoo!Groups, Community Zero, Circles 99, Neopets, etc.) are not viable proof of HTML skills. Fanlistings CANNOT be hosted on these types of hosts.
NOTE: Fanlistings must be hosted on a server accesible for everyone! That means you cannot host your fanlisting on servers such as Web1000.com and Kit.net, because sites on those servers don't show up for a lot of people

that's what the site said. i'm not really sure what they mean by community sites but i gather that geocities is one...i guess i'm wrong since your fanlistings are hosted there. so goodie! i can make one there or some other free sites. and yay for michi who's a part of the project now! :applaud:

we just got the approval of the official fanlisting site to make a japanese dorama fanlisting! as for the site itself, it's shaping up nicely except for a couple of iframe problems :)
