not nesseceraly.. pretty is pretty.... it doesn't matter what's on ur face... it still shows trough.. that's just their style... let me put it this way.. have u ever seen a hot girl wearing out os style clothes? like say 70s fashion or something.. she's still hot.. but that's just the way she's dressed.. that's her style... so it doesn't matter.. those ganguro are still hot .. that's just their style! ;)
