No, not really.
I will abuse any troll that posts crap in this thread. Not the normal users.

Like in the French thread. Some guy was speaking french and spamming all about Sorimachi Takashi and his dramas and stuff. Other users asked him to stop, however the perp persisted. I had to wipe out all of his posts.
