It was announced on Wednesday that rock band Monkey Majik has topped the USEN request charts with "Sora wa Maru de," the title track of their new album (on sale July 25). This is the first time that an unreleased song has reached #1 on the chart.
The tune is currently being used in a Yokohama Rubber Company commercial that has been airing since January, and music stores initially received many inquiries about a release date. In May, the song finally went into rotation on music channels. It first appeared in 963rd place on the request charts, but it has now climbed to the top. The song has also reached as high as #7 on the mobile download rankings.

walaupun agak lambat tgk Transformers, tapi amatlah puas hati. siri yg aku tgk kat TV masa kecik2 dulu boleh jadi 'real' & 'hidup' plak.
Harry Potter, agak mengecewakan sikit yg latest ni. tapi memandangkan aku bukan die-hard-fan potter, so tak lah rasa sgt kecewa dia.
aku tak tau nak gambarkan macam mana perasaan aku lepas tengok harry potter.,.as a die hard fan of HP, aku memang rasa kecewa, tapi pada masa yang sama, aku puas hati gak. walaupun tak sama dengan buku, at least efek dia memang best   Dan aku paling frust masa Sirius mati..hempeh! :ohcrap: :ohcrap:

THE Bon Odori festival has captured the hearts of Malaysians with the crowd growing yearly.
Kato: It is a festival to honour the ancestral spirits who return to his or her earthly home.
Some 30,000 are expected at the event today, which is held for the 31st year here.
gBon Odori is summer time. Well, the chief purpose of the festival is not only to remember onefs deceased relatives but it is also meant to be a joyful time, celebrating and bringing family members together,h Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur Bon Odori organising vice-chairman Natsuhiko Kato said.
gIt is a festival to honour the ancestral spirits who returned to his or her earthly home,h he added.
gIt is a beautiful festival that is celebrated throughout the land of the rising sun. Over here in Selangor, the festival has taken a twist as it has turned into a great get-together,h he said.
Kato said the well-coordinated sounds of the drums coupled with traditional music and energetic movements were hypnotic and it was no surprise that the crowd was growing yearly.
gWe encourage parents to bring their children as it will allow the young ones to understand and get a feel of the Japanese culture. At the same time it will be good as we want to celebrate 50 years of friendship with Malaysia,h he said.
gWhile you are there, just join in the dance that goes in circles around the yagura - a raised platform where the drums are placed. Wear simple, loose clothes and flat-heeled canvass shoes for comfort and appropriate when taking part in the dance,h he said.
Kato added that besides taking part in the dance, those who come also get to savour Japanese food such as kaki gori (Japanese ais-kacang), oni giri (rice balls), fried rice, fried noodles and ice cream.
Held at the Panasonic Sports Complex in Shah Alam (formerly Matsushita Centre) the event will be from 7pm to 9.30pm.
The Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Azalina Othman Said and the Ambassador of Japan Tadashi Imai will grace the event.
