Sounds like my ex's boss: One man bossing around a buncha women. And being a total prick about it. I'm surprised no one's caved his head in with a 2x4 or something. Yet she didn't have the nerve to quit. It's her problem alone now. :shakehead:

The thing about that it that he used to be really cool to everyone when he first came aboard. And then he won the branch manager's award for 2003. Then the head swelled up and he became a dick. Too afraid to look bad now. So whenever anyone at the branch makes a small mistake, something easy to fix, he'll write you up and won't back you up at all. So quick to point fingers at this company. And yet they preach about "being close like family". :shakehead:
