I was informed by a customer today that his dsl should never EVER be down. And if it does go down, if we can't solve the problem in anything more than 15 minutes is unacceptable. :shakehead:

mine went down for 2 weeks one time, and i didn't even get a sorry, let alone service credit.
then another time, they cancelled my account for no apparent reason, and they graciously waived my activation fee, i was down 3 weeks while they "reconnected" me. needless to say, I went off on the CS rep and her supervisor.. i feel bad now because she sounded like a 60 yr old retiree lady doing customer service just to keep busy.

I spelt "environment" wrong while writing on the board for my I.B. civics class. :grumble: Now I gotta go through the process of proving to my smarty sticky kids that I really AM qualified to teach.
For those curious, I spelt it "ennviornment".

If we screwed up, you SHOULD go off, sometimes, that's the only way things get done. [/list:u] Re: Wyn-chan, just tell them that's the "American" way its spelled. (spelt?)

So, I call this customer to check if his DSL is working, a man answers the phone and says, "You'll have to talk to my wife. I'm labor, she's management"
