So I'm talking to this customer, there's a lot of racket in the background and he turns away from the phone and starts yelling in Spanish. When he comes back to the phone he says, "Damn kids, you tell them to shut up and they get louder. Now you know what goes on in a Mexican house!"

So it looks like i've been put on a list of
"Lay off these employees if you absolutely want to sabotage the business and force even more lay offs" by two of the other managers.

That and my other underling is quitting friday.. i have great job security now... time to ask for a raise.

He rarely showed up, and when he did, he didn't do any work. Like... NOTHING.

I hate work!! I hate travel!! I've been traveling alot lately for work and it's making me really tired. My stupid BAKA boss was trying to tell me that I don't go to certain cities enough and that I should make that my primary city to travel to. Long story short, someone quit in that area, and I offered to help out when necessary (go out to meet customers when needed), instead of being grateful, she is trying to tell me to make that my primary city for work. DUH??? I don't live there, she wants me to freakn fly there every week? WTF?

I'm just mad, sorry for the vent.

Usually it's every other weekend, but on the saturdays I have to work, I get wednesday off, which is kind of cool because sometimes you need to get stuff done during the week that you can't get done on the weekend. It all works out. :good: [/list:u]

We had a public holiday on Friday (all of Sydney) because Dubya and co were in town. I had to work anyway, but I get to choose another day to take off instead ;)

O.K., somebody with WAY too much time on their hands has decided we can't have a password to access our systems at work, we now have to have a "passphrase" consisting of at least 4 words. In case anybody wants to get into my system here, my passphrase is: "this is total bullshit" (all lower case)
