I got into a car accident at work today. 2nd accident this year......and ever, for me. Yet again, not my fault. And I'm not kidding. So, I've had a generally crappy day. :grumble:

On a positive note, I'm off work until January 3rd b/c I had personal days to use or lose :woot: I left behind all info I could, but I'm sure something will go down w/ this accident since I'm not there to follow anyone up.

I did something really evil to a customer today. He was hard of seeing, and normally I'm more sympathetic, but this guy was a real asshole. I couldn't get rid of him any of the nice ways I knew. I tried getting management to deal with him before I blew my top, but they wanted me to deal with it.

...so since he was hard of seeing, I pointed him down an aisle and walked quickly in the other direction as he kept walking and griping even though I wasn't there. I hid in the break-room for my 10.

Yep, I'll burn in hell.

During the holidays this thread seems to have slowed down. Anyway, I have a co-worker from Cambodia and he has a real thick accent, which doesn't help when doing tech support over the phone. He was working with a customer today, and the customer kept saying "I can't understand you!" After the call was over, my co-worker stood up and said, "DO YOU UNDERSTAND FUCK YOU!!!" Everybody here was rolling on the floor laughing!! :hehe:
