Mandarake is a well-known company running a series of shops selling manga, anime, figurines and the like. They plan to open a cafe called "Mother" in Shinsaibashi, Osaka to offer a "healing" service which consists of hiring some slightly matronly women - the recruitment ad asks for applicants over 25 - who will be willing to talk and listen to otaku customers.

It's definitely worth a visit...I wish I spent a bit more time there...but it was raining that day...and we had to meet up with some ppl so we had to cut our visit to Akihabara short. I couldn't get my maid outfit altered....it pissed me off.

You should have wore a buta latex maid suit instead. :P You can walk in the rain all day without problems.
