That torrent file is only like the "address" where you can download it. You need a torent client to download it with that file. Like Azureus (try googleing for it)
If you got it installed you can doubleklick that torrent file and the download will start

Last I heard of, thats just rumor...but I think tabloid or so said she broke up with that guy too....
But it certainly does look like she's single right now....on several TV shows about a year ago, lots of the hosts asked her for her preferences in a guy she would consider for a boyfriend.
