That's it. I've deleted a lot I had twice, when I cleaned up my folder 6 months ago. Yet, some copies must be left, for sure, as long as I haven't finished to fully rename them to pics from the same set together when sorted by files' name. Most of the messed pics come from hiroayu site, the ancient uety site (pics named like this :"uety286.jpg") and other fans sites putting pics one after the other without any logical order. (like the new Multiply :beaten: ). The hardest part is to identidy the date, in order to create sets of pics. The good point with saving pics that are posted here is that I can immediately rename it with the date. Yes I create a folder for each year, and 2 sub-folders : "news" and "magazine scans". PB, wallpapers etc have a specific folder. I created also a folder "childhood" :mrgreen:
Respectful of uety-san, I keep his pics separated in another folder, sub divided by year. It pretends to be the exact copy of his online collection, sorted by year. But I started when there was the old system. Since he created the magablog system, I haven't found the time yet to update. He added so many pics in it now :wow: I have to check every year and be careful not to save one I already have, 'cause the names are slightly different.

=> that's why I promote the idea of making an international files' naming model, in order not to save the same pic again, and to watch them in a logical order :fingerscrossed: Of course only HQ pics will apply this rule.

Ok, OK, I DO love them most :hehe: But I love all Aya pics, no matter it they are long hair or short hair :mrgreen:

Okay, since were on that topic of Chubby Cheeks and Long Hair Aya.. here is one of each. [image][image] Was wondering is there a technique in scanning pics so it wont show the page creases. I know one but I really don't want to cut the pages off the magazine. if not I have to just retouch the scans an take out the creases manually.

10321 pics total. :mrgreen:
No doubles (I always only keep the best version of pics) and all are sorted for PBs, movies, doramas. Caps are also sorted from what movie or dorama.
Photoshootings and mags are also sorted together, too. But not by name, only numbered through and brought in order.
But I didnLt save most of those small avatar pics and mobile phone wallpapers that are around. Same goes for very small or bad quality pics and caps. Most stuff is HQ or "decent size."

The creases with the thin Shonen club paper is always a problem when scanning. canLt totally get rid of with without cutting out the page and putting something heavy behind the page. And even then you often canLt totally get rid of them. :/ Sometimes only retouching the pic helps.
But I think it isnLt much of a problem with you scans here. CanLt barely see any on the lollipop pic and the long hair pic is well scanned, too.

oh lawd, I thought my Aya Pic collection was getting out of hand. You guys have 10x more than me :bonk: I only have 1500 Pics~ You guys should zip all your pics and share it :mrgreen: lol
