Of, course. The bigger the better
But sometimes large scans become really big. The, patched together doublepage one from Myojo, I did yesterday, was first 2.6MB large in my usual resolution and size. A bit much, so I sized it down a little.

I get my stuff from varios sources. Online auctions (ebay, yahoo-auctions), some directly from amazon or other shops and some from noble contributors, who offer help by getting a mag where they live and sending it to me

Hehe, no problem. Actually I must ask: what is now all in the package? ItLs been a while and ILm not sure anymore what mags you got for me :hehe:

I totally love Aya on the first ad!!! Cute smile, nice outfit and pose. I hope there will be a larger version of this one sometime :fingerscrossed:

ILd love to continue learing japanse here, too. But unfortunately there isnLt any class anymore where I live. :shamefulcry: And itLs hard to stay on the ball with only learning with books :beaten:

2005 and 2006 Calendar, both all set where you can pin on the wall :victory: :victory: Hope you have enough wall space for all of them....if not...looks like you can just save the ones you don't pin or....use them as firepaper?? though i doubt you'd do that.

Also some Kindai magazines I don't need.

I'm sure its enough for you

@Thy: Hajimemashite, KT desu. Genki desu ka? Boku wa Genki desu.
Thy san wa, Sekai de Ichiban Suki na Hito wa Dare desu ka?

*Nice to Meet you, I'm KT. Are you Healthy? Feeling good? *not sure exactly how to translate Genki). I'm Healthy, Feeling good. Thy, Who is the #1 person in this world that you like?*

You'll learn how to say stuff like this by the time you're done taking Japanese 101. At least I think you will. Have fun learning Nihongo.

If you feel like you want to practice using what you've learned, feel free to do that here. It'll help others here learn Japanese as well

Oh yes, the calendar pages. The memory comes back. :hehe:
Of course I could NEVER destroy any Aya item!!! Space on the wall for hanging up posters is unfortunately used up. I guess ILll have to rent a larger appartment for hanging up all Aya posters I got :hehe:
OK, canLt wait to see what else will be in the package. Thanks :woot:

omg how good are you??? I can't even think of a japanese reply to your question. Gomen. Aya is my number 1~! Do you have the phrases memorized or do you know how to construct sentences yourself? Cause right now, the sensei is just teaching us the phrases and doesn't explain what each particular word means. I wanna know how to converse with people =( What does Watashi wa mean? I will try and practice my japanese here while admiring aya. Onegaishimas.

Douzo Yoroshiku.

I took 1 years worth, though I've forgotten a good amount. I'm still struggling with remember when to use particle wa and particle ga. If I remember right....wa is for subject and ga is for topic...I'm going to try and do some reviewing tomorrow, but i'm hooked onto watching Dragon Drive and ROCH 2006 with Liu Yi Fei...though she's hot and all, the story of the drama is good too.

Umm...i've memorized a good amount of phrases and words do to watching animes and dramas  When you rewatch dramas, you'll noticed some of the phrases are actually easy to remember.

Watashi wa = I am

Never ever use Atashi....its for girls. You can use Boku and Ore. Boku is more formal...or polite then Ore.

Ex. "Ore sama" <----Domyouji from HYD. He's pretty much referring to himself as a high and mighty person.

btw...your reply for this one

"Aya is my number 1~!"

You can say
"Aya san wa boku no Ichiban desu"

I thought you wouldn't be able to.

Are you sure renting a larger apartment just to be able to put up Aya posters is well worth the extra spending $$$?

I mean if you think and know its worth it, by all means. I just hope you still got extra $$$ to buy Aya goods you're in major want of

Ask Weevil to litterally JUMP on the delievry boys and grab the whole pack. Then he'd either send it to us (or only u for scanning), either make a stock at his home just in case one day we'd go to japan. :hehe: Sounds like a realistic plan ~ He should do that for every pamphlet, then send them to u by pack of 20 to lower the postage costs.

In case u don't ahve enough space to host that 2.6 Mb file on Ayasuki, then make a .zip or .rar and host the whole pack on yousendit for example, and host reasonably sized pics on ayasuki.com.

What is a "japanese 101 " ? A course in which you are supposed to bring friends ?

"watashi wa" means "I (am)"
Watashi wa Freefal desu = I am Freefall
Watashi wa Tokyo e ikimasu = ILm going to Tokyo

I know what you mean. Leaning single words and sentences isnLt that much of a problem. But learing japanese grammar and building your own sentences is the real problem.
Are you going to learn Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji, too?
With the 101 class I did we didnLt learn too much japanese speaking and sentences but I know most Hiragana, Katakana and a few Kanji. ItLs nice to be able to read some japansese but the problem is that I wouldnLt know the meaning anyways :hehe:

i believe its a course where you get to become friends with others who wants to the japanese...though more often then none, making friends is difficult.

Oh ~ :puppydog: the 2006 calendar ohh I feel like my soul's leaving my body :beaten: Never saw the 2005 one, but the 2006 is somewhat exceptionally charming ~ the surrounding environment in the pics conveys a special smell. Better than the yahoo calendar pics taken in studio ( )
