edit : there is no beauty spot below the neck. And the shoulder is maybe too "big" to be Aya's. ANyway hard to tell it's small.

found it in some japanese blog (without any comment or further info)
I also think itLs fake. The shoulder looks a bit strange but, if itLs faked, they probably only changed the face, I guess.
