Aya, Rina, Ryoko (Hirosue), and Yukie... perfect yo!!
*substitute Yonekura Ryoko, or Hara Sachie (u've seen her smile, yeah?), or Takako Matsu for Hirosue... and so on.. just keep the KAWAII 3 (Aya, Rina, and Yukie) and all's well!

Hahaha, you know, amazingly I haven't seen a drama with Yukie yet. Everyone talks about her yet we haven't crossed paths just yet.
I capped this from the 'Battle on the Wild Side' documentary on the Azumi special features disc. I wasn't too keen on Aya-chan's look in Azumi, but I love this image so much ^^
Anyways, onto business. Looks like my suggestion for a site seems to have gained some support, so here's the timetable. Due to very long-winded and complicated hosting issues (and the fact I'll soon be in Japan buying up every single piece of Aya merchandise I can lay my grubby little mitts on), the proper Aya site won't be open till end of April. I'm going to whip up something on Wednesday though just to see what you think, call it pre-alpha version. I'm really not the best HTML coder in the world, so it'll be pretty plain, but I'll put up as much content as I can and see if peeps like the general layout/concept etc...
Oh yeah, any ideas for a domain name? thisisuetoaya.com is the best I've come up with for the moment
Phinn, take your time.
and i'm pretty sure once your Aya site is published, it will grow quickly with all the Aya materials you gonna add to it.
i can't wait to visit it. ^^
oh, have a good trip. and have fun in Japan. ^^
btw, do you guys know how to cap a screenshot of a DVD movie on computer?
i wanna do it, but maybe for the security reasons, both the player and the disc won't let me do it. i'm currently using XP and PowerDVD for playback.
i'm desperate. pls help!
Let's see my movie was in avi so I just went into windows media player and disabled the hardware acceleration and printed screen. Some DVD softeware players allow you to take screen shots. I know power dvd does and also the ATI dvd player also. Not sure about other ones. Windvd should be able to also.
thanks.
so 1 way is to convert to avi first.
hmm...
i don't know, my PowerDVD won't allow me to do a straightforward capture.
maybe its the disc.
i dunno. *sigh*.
will keep trying.

Thanks akozi, but I don't get on with it now, then I never will ^^;;
Japan will be fun I hope! I'll making a site for the trip, so I'll post the URL so peeps can keep updated on the progress of my Aya buying frenzy :hehe:
I used PowerDVD to take my caps. When watching the DVD (or mpeg or whatever), just press 'C' :) PowerDVD will usually dump the screencap in 'My Pictures' as a bmp, PDVD_000.BMP, PDVD_001.BMP, etc... Just convert it to jpg and you've got a cool screencap ^^
Hint: If you pause the movie first, then cap it, then the image will be much sharper.
thanks.

Well it would be much easier to capture the image through a dvd player, lol. What ver of power dvd are you running anyways? Anyways I think you should probably follow what phinn says. I'm not too familar with the hot keys but I think that should work
