Yeah, I was never a bit Turtles fan but the new movie was cool, wasnLt it? :mrgreen:
It looked good and was a good mix of the old idea and comedy stuff, paired with a more "modern" way to tell superhero stories like Batman begins, for example.

"2007/05/21: Aya cast in "Piano no Mori"!

Aya will be lending her voice for the animation movie "Piano no Mori", which is based on the best-selling manga of the same name. She will be voicing the main character, Kai Ichinose, a free-spirited young boy who is also a piano genius. In many scenes of the movie, Kai uses the word "chinko" (penis), Aya commented saying "It's the first time I've had to shout chinko so many times, it feels great. It's a good stress relief". She added with a smile "It's a very easy movie to dub. Out of all the anime voiceovers I have done, I think this one will probably be the best"."

Hmmm yeah it's cool to use a young lady to down voice a young boy. Not a bad idea, it fits very well.... only if u consider that a 10-year-old boy isn't mature enough to do this work*lol*. Yeah I mean if I was still a child I'd be mad at Aya cause she might have stolen my holiday part-time job :hehe: (and so my summer money :mrgreen: ) But I won't complain, the child shall take private lessons and let Aya-chan work. :twisted: Plus, I think it's an enriching experience to spell "chinko" so many times. :beaten: It's a good stress relief, and also a way to decomplex her towards the male gender. Oh well Aya doesn't really to be decomplexed towards this, she has already changed nappies of many babies :mrgreen:

Hm I use IE6 but it doesn't work there's a waring message in japanese, and I can't copy-paste in order to translate it further. Well doesn't matter, I don't wanna spoil my joy when the full version will come out. Nor do I want to be :banghead: at the end of this little preview of 43secs.

@Free: yeah the idea of putting shredder already dead was good, it gives a 2nd youth to the series. April has changed into lara corft. Raphaelo and his bike at night reminds me some scenes of FF7 the original game, not the 3D movie. The beginning is pumped on the lord of the rings. Some themes songs reminds Mulan. ANd many many other things. Only thing I regret is the characters of Michaelangelo and Donatello are a bit left behind, and that the final battle was a bit short. But yueah the animation was very fluent, flawless and the script isn't lame at all. It brings me back to my childhood, I was a die hard fan of the turtles. :woot:

Oh, I see I was wrong. She has long hair in the new PV. I actually thought itLd be short hair like in the pics we saw till now and on the cover. ItLs definately the *cough* fake Hotelier hair :mrgreen:
But the PV looks very good, in my opinion. A bit darker, more artistic. Such as some of the older ones.
I wasnLt able to watch it with sound here at work, though. So I canLt say anything about the song itself yet :hehe:
I guess there will be a full downloadavble version available soon.
