well, saw your name on the opening episode credit, great show, rina is a cutie, but has a small role. just love these j-dorama's with subs.
imagine seeing your fave idol, and not understanding a single word watching the whole thing. was watching my kyoko-chan "Friends" and didn't understand a word, oh well, it was worth it cause i got to see kyoko. :naughty:

yeah, so far on episode 2 of Bus Stop, love it so far, rina is so cute, too bad she is not the lead. yeah great series. also just finished Seikei Bijin, and Hikon Kazoku. Probably start on "Pretty Girls" next. all these great j-doramas thanks to this awesome website

subbed of friends? no way dude, i watched the whole thing in japanese/korean and i have to figure it out by their actions alone and not understanding the language. fell in love with kyoko from that movie, she is my #1. Kyoko plays those cutesy type roles, you either can love it or think it is so annoying...i tend to love it since i am biased and love her anyways. :applaud:

as for me i think Friends was the best dorama kyoko had made......
since kyoko dorama's are only SOS, Food Fight, To Heart

haven't seen the other you mentioned. i have "remote" but that is a bit weird for me, plus it is only in chinese sub's, weird huh? so i don't understand a single word, and lost interest in finishing it, even though kyoko is in it. i have it on vcd, the quality is so so...
how are the other kyoko dorama's? you got a big collection of Jdoramas? gravure-idol? av? :naughty:

Out of curiousity, what bittorrent clients do you guys use to download most of your J-drama. I used to use BitTornado, which wasn't responsive at all with certain sites, such as Studio Oto. Just looking for a good recommendation.

Does anyone know the budget for Azumi 1&2?

I don't know how much it costed them to make Azumi 1, but it couldn't have been that much, there wasn't a lot of CG and all, but mayb $1-5 million US max is my guess on it......

Whoa, a bit more than that I think. A $1 million film is considered really low budget, arthouse stuff. Plus Japan is an expensive country. The budget of Install is listed on IMDB as costing $2 million. I guess Azumi is probably more like $10 million. That's still peanuts compared to Hollywood movies. That's why it looks a bit cheap sometimes.

I use TorrentStorm - it's pretty basic and some sites don't like it, but I still prefer to the other clients I've tried.

Well... I seem to be the only one to really hate it... I have frieds who use it and like it. I quess i just have to accept that it may even be a good client... (And it even has finnish language :applaud: )

Thanks for that translation of Kizuna Mizerable... If you find more I'd appreciate it if you'd inform us too. (or at least me...)
